Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 8-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. • Orders placed after Sunday will begin processing the following business day. • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
• Shipping rates vary based on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method. These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. • Estimated Delivery Times: • Domestic Orders: 8-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by the carriers and may vary due to factors such as customs, weather, and holiday delays.
3. International Shipping and Customs
• For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. • Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing. Q’lakart is not responsible for delays caused by customs or the destination country’s postal service.
Refund Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return if: • The item is in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. • You contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Non-Returnable Items: • Certain items, such as custom or personalized art, final sale items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@qlakart.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. Once approved: • You will be provided with a return shipping address. • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Important: Q’lakart is not responsible for returned items lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 – 14 business days. • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to verify availability and begin the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products; however, if your item arrives damaged or defective: • Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, including photos of the item and packaging along side with a video of unboxing of the product. • We will work with you to offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
